Order Processing and Preparation Time:
Gelatissimo Gelato cakes are made to order. Orders should be placed 48 hours before the pick-up date to allow for preparation.
For customized cakes please call the store directly to discuss and finalise arrangements. Custom cakes may require an additional notice period and cannot be guaranteed.
Payment:
Orders must be paid for in advance, and failure to do so may result in order cancellation.
Allergens:
When ordering gelato cakes, it's crucial to be aware of potential allergens such as dairy, gluten, and nuts. Some of our gelato cakes contain these ingredients, and cross-contamination can occur during preparation.

No, we currently do not offer delivery. All gelato cakes must be picked up from our store at the selected pickup time.
Q: Where do I pick up my order?
You can pick up your order at our store during business hours. The pickup address will be provided at checkout and in your confirmation email.
Q: How do I transport my gelato cake without melting?
We recommend bringing an insulated bag or cooler to keep your cake cold, especially if you're traveling a long distance.
Q: How should I store my gelato cake?
Keep your gelato cake in the freezer until you're ready to serve. Avoid placing it in the refrigerator as it may cause melting.
Q: How long should I let the gelato cake sit before serving?

Gelato cakes can be stored in the freezer for up to 1-2 weeks if kept in an airtight container to prevent freezer burn.

Payment & Cancellations
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards with online payment options. In-store orders may also be paid via cash.
Q: Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can be modified or canceled up to 24 hours before the pickup time. Contact us as soon as possible to request changes.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only available for orders cancelled within the allowed timeframe. If there is an issue with your cake, please reach out to us immediately.
Gift Card & e-Gift Card
Terms of use
These Terms and Conditions apply to all Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards issued by Gelatissimo Pty Ltd.
1. Introduction
a) These Terms of Use set out the full conditions for the purchase, issue, redemption, and use of all Gelatissimo Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards. Recipients of a Gift Card should be directed to these Terms of Use before using their card.

2. Accepting the Gift Card & Agreeing to the Terms
By purchasing, redeeming, attempting to redeem, or using a physical Gift Card or e-Gift Card, you agree to these Terms of Use.
a) Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards can be purchased at participating Gelatissimo stores in Australia or online at gelatissimo.com.au.
b) The value loaded onto a card at purchase is the final amount—no additional funds can be added later.
c) Gift Cards cannot be cancelled after purchase and are not refundable or redeemable for cash, in whole or in part.
d) Physical and e-Gift Cards cannot be used in the Gelatissimo App, and loyalty points are not earned on any Gift Card or voucher purchases.
3. Using Your Gift Card or e-Gift Card
a) Cards can be used to purchase goods at any Gelatissimo store in Australia.
b) Cards can only be used up to the available balance. If your purchase exceeds the card value, you must pay the difference using another payment method.
c) No change is given for purchases made using a Gift Card—any remaining balance stays on your card.
d) Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase another Gift Card.
4. No Cash Advances
Gift Cards cannot be used to obtain cash or cash equivalents.
5. Expiry & Balance
a) Gift Cards and e-Gift Cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
b) Any unused balance after the expiry date is forfeited and cannot be refunded, transferred, or credited.
c) It is your responsibility to redeem the value before expiry.
Lost, Stolen or Damaged Gift Cards
a) Gelatissimo is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards and is not required to replace or refund them.
b) You are responsible for all transactions made using your Gift Card, even if lost or stolen.
c) Gelatissimo may block or prevent the use of a Gift Card if: i) you report it as lost, stolen, or damaged; or ii) we suspect the card has been or may be used unlawfully, deceptively, or in a way that breaches these Terms of Use.
7. Changes to Terms of Use
Gelatissimo may update or change these Terms of Use at any time, including changes to participating stores, without prior notice.

9. Applicable Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes relating to Gift Cards are subject exclusively to the courts of New South Wales (including the Federal Court of Australia).
